LynxMediq is the healthcare technology portfolio from Pixbots Private Limited: imaging, workflow, cardiology, AI, and patient context on one set of open standards. PixelMediq is the first product in it, and the one that ships today.

The problem

Imaging runs on too many disconnected systems

A typical department keeps images in a PACS, orders in a RIS, cardiology in its own silo, and AI in yet another tool, with an interface engine holding it together. Every connection is a project, and every handoff drops context. LynxMediq is our answer to that, built in stages.

Fragmented data

Images, orders, reports, and cardiology each live in a different system, so the full picture never sits in one place.

Slow to add AI

Every new algorithm is a separate integration and a separate vendor, which makes adopting AI a project instead of a setting.

Hard to scale

On-premise servers and per-site PACS make it expensive to add a location or share studies across a network.

The enterprise imaging product that ships today: a cloud PACS with an on-premise edge gateway, a zero-footprint diagnostic viewer, worklist and orders, reporting, and standards-based interoperability.

You buy, deploy, and run PixelMediq. LynxMediq is the portfolio it belongs to, and there is no second product to purchase alongside it.

AI orchestration

Where AI is headed: inside the read, with a physician deciding

Hospitals should not have to manage fifty separate AI vendors. The direction is one layer that sends each study to the right model and brings the result back for a physician to confirm. AI-assisted reading is in development in PixelMediq now. Routing across many models comes after it.

Patient intelligence

From isolated studies toward continuous patient intelligence

Every read is better with the whole patient in view. PixelMediq already presents relevant priors beside the current study. The longer-term plan is a longitudinal record that assembles priors, reports, and findings, so a study is never interpreted in a vacuum.

Encryption, scoped role-based access, tenant isolation, and append-only audit logs are architecture decisions, made once for every product in the portfolio. PixelMediq is designed for HIPAA compliance and to address GDPR and India DPDP Act 2023 requirements.

Open standards, each with a status

The portfolio is built on the standards of healthcare imaging instead of proprietary connectors. Each one below is labelled: shipping in PixelMediq, in development, or on the roadmap. Full HL7, FHIR, and FHIRCast support is the next interoperability milestone.
