Healthcare technology portfolio by Pixbots
One direction for diagnostic imaging, delivered one product at a time.
LynxMediq is the healthcare technology portfolio from Pixbots Private Limited: imaging, workflow, cardiology, AI, and patient context on one set of open standards. PixelMediq is the first product in it, and the one that ships today.

The problem
Imaging runs on too many disconnected systems
A typical department keeps images in a PACS, orders in a RIS, cardiology in its own silo, and AI in yet another tool, with an interface engine holding it together. Every connection is a project, and every handoff drops context. LynxMediq is our answer to that, built in stages.
Fragmented data
Images, orders, reports, and cardiology each live in a different system, so the full picture never sits in one place.
Slow to add AI
Every new algorithm is a separate integration and a separate vendor, which makes adopting AI a project instead of a setting.
Hard to scale
On-premise servers and per-site PACS make it expensive to add a location or share studies across a network.
PixelMediq
The enterprise imaging product that ships today: a cloud PACS with an on-premise edge gateway, a zero-footprint diagnostic viewer, worklist and orders, reporting, and standards-based interoperability.
You buy, deploy, and run PixelMediq. LynxMediq is the portfolio it belongs to, and there is no second product to purchase alongside it.
The portfolio
Seven portfolio areas, each labelled with where it stands
Three ship today in PixelMediq. One is in development. Three are on the roadmap. Pixbots uses the same three labels everywhere, so nothing here reads as delivered before it is.
Cloud PACS
A cloud DICOM archive with an on-premise edge gateway and a zero-footprint diagnostic viewer, on storage from local disk to AWS HealthImaging.
ExploreRIS workflow
Patients, orders, scheduling, worklists, and templated reporting that carry an exam from the order to a finalized report.
ExploreCardiology
Planned: ECG, echo, and structured cardiac reporting that share the same patient record as the rest of imaging.
ExploreAI orchestration
AI-assisted findings brought into the read with a physician in the loop. Routing studies across many models is the longer-term goal.
ExploreAI marketplace
Planned: a catalog of diagnostic models you can validate on your own studies before you enable them.
ExploreInteroperability
DICOMweb, HL7 v2.5.1 report export, and FHIR R4 DiagnosticReport today. Inbound HL7 (ADT, ORM), more FHIR resources, and FHIRCast are in development.
ExplorePatient intelligence
Planned: priors, reports, and AI findings on one timeline, so every study is read in the context of the whole patient.
ExploreAI orchestration
Where AI is headed: inside the read, with a physician deciding
Hospitals should not have to manage fifty separate AI vendors. The direction is one layer that sends each study to the right model and brings the result back for a physician to confirm. AI-assisted reading is in development in PixelMediq now. Routing across many models comes after it.
What we are building toward
- Routing by modality, body part, and indication
- In-house and third-party models side by side
- Confidence scores that raise the cases needing a closer look
- Findings returned as DICOM SR, SEG, and presentation states
- An audit trail of which model and version produced each result
- A physician in the loop for every AI-assisted finding
What is planned
- Reports, measurements, and AI findings on one timeline
- Cardiology and radiology history in the same record
- Context that follows the patient across sites and years
- Follow-up recommendations that do not get lost between visits
Patient intelligence
From isolated studies toward continuous patient intelligence
Every read is better with the whole patient in view. PixelMediq already presents relevant priors beside the current study. The longer-term plan is a longitudinal record that assembles priors, reports, and findings, so a study is never interpreted in a vacuum.
Who it is for
Built for hospitals, imaging centers, and diagnostic networks
The portfolio is shaped around how each kind of organization reads, reports, and shares imaging. Each page says what PixelMediq covers today.
Hospitals
Bring imaging together across radiology, cardiology, and the wider enterprise.
Learn moreImaging centers
Read more studies a day without adding IT overhead.
Learn moreRadiology groups
Read across every facility you cover from a single worklist.
Learn moreCardiology centers
The plan: cardiac imaging and reporting unified in one record.
Learn moreTeleradiology
Distribute reads securely, at volume, across many client sites.
Learn moreAI vendors
The plan: reach clinical sites through one integration instead of many.
Learn moreSecurity and compliance
Patient data protected by design
Encryption, scoped role-based access, tenant isolation, and append-only audit logs are architecture decisions, made once for every product in the portfolio. PixelMediq is designed for HIPAA compliance and to address GDPR and India DPDP Act 2023 requirements.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Scoped role-based access
Append-only audit logging
Tenant isolation
Interoperability
Open standards, each with a status
The portfolio is built on the standards of healthcare imaging instead of proprietary connectors. Each one below is labelled: shipping in PixelMediq, in development, or on the roadmap. Full HL7, FHIR, and FHIRCast support is the next interoperability milestone.
